Since selling our first Petri dish flow wrap machine in 2003, we’ve rapidly become a world-leader in providing a professional packaging service to the pharmaceuticals industry. Our flexible, simple, durable machines ensure maximum efficiency for those environments which rely on minimal contact to avoid any cross-contamination.

From our UK-based workshop, we are constantly enhancing our flow wrapping machines to provide the best possible packaging solution for each of our customers, anywhere in the world. We’re delighted that much of our business is generated from existing clients who return to us when they need to increase their packaging department resources or upgrade their current system.

We have specific, hands-on experience with a variety of heat seal-able packaging materials such as cellulose, polypropylene, PET PE and laminates. Our excellent working relationship with Media Pouring Machine companies has proved essential to fully integrate our Flexwrap machines within the Petri dish packaging process.

Due to demand, we’ve developed an automatic system for single, double and triple wrapping of Petri dishes. Our flow wrapping machines can also handle a variety of sizes ranging from 55mm to 140mm! Despite their increased technical output, our machines remain very low maintenance, compact and robust enough for maintaining maximum efficiency.

To date, we have sold 72 Petri dish machines and are very proud to represent the still-thriving British manufacturing industry.
